When we feel grounded our minds are in the present moment, away from overwhelming thoughts or feelings. We feel stable, safe, and in control within and around us, with a sense of who we are and how we can connect and find joy in the people and places around us. Our senses play an important role in grounding and connecting us with our physical environment, helping to calm the mind, improve focus and separate from distressing memories or future worries.

We are endorsed to provide Focused Psychological Interventions by OT Australia & Medicare, under the Better Access to Mental Health Care Scheme.
