Who Can Book
We work with people aged 16 years and above.
You don’t need a formal diagnosis to make an appointment—many people attend for personal growth, life transitions, or to improve day-to-day functioning.
Welcoming private clients, NDIS participants (self- and plan-managed), Medicare GP referrals, and DVA clients.
Appointment Type & Fees
50-minute session - $196
Recommended for initial appointments and ongoing therapy. Allows time to explore your needs and work on meaningful strategies.
Medicare Rebates
Medicare rebates are available for appointments where Focused Psychological Strategies (FPS) are provided, with a referral from your GP under a Mental Health Treatment Plan.
As an Occupational Therapist with additional training in mental health, I am registered to provide these services as part of Medicare’s
Better Access initiative.
To access rebates:
• Visit your GP to obtain a Mental Health Treatment Plan
• Request a referral for Focused Psychological Strategies
• Bring your referral to your first appointment
With a valid referral, you can typically access 6 sessions initially, with the option for your GP to review and provide access to up to 10 sessions per calendar year.
Please note:
• Medicare rebates do not cover the full session fee and a gap payment will apply

Together, we’ll begin to develop practical, personalised strategies to support your wellbeing.
Location
Our room is located within Synergy Healthworks.
Parking is available in the Synergy carpark or surrounding streets.
You’ll find us inside the white building, where reception staff will greet you on arrival.
Cancellations
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a fee.
