Tenille Wallace

“When I graduated as an Occupational Therapist, I had the opportunity to spend 10 years supporting people within a local mental health program. I am passionate about helping people navigate anxiety, stress, life transitions and the complexities of recovery.

I bring both professional training and personal insight into the realities of mental health challenges. I understand that recovery is rarely linear, and that meaningful change happens when people feel safe, supported and empowered.

My approach is grounded, collaborative, and strengths-based. I am passionate about reducing stigma, encouraging help-seeking, and supporting people to build lives aligned with their values, hopes and goals.

Outside of work, I’m a mum of three and a devoted coffee lover - and I deeply value balance, connection and the small moments that make life meaningful.”
